Are you tired of the same old boring gym workouts? Do you want to try something new that can help you get fit while learning valuable self-defense techniques? If so, Super Kick Karate’s new adult fitness and conditioning program may be just what you need!

Our program is designed to accommodate individuals of all levels and ages, with each person able to work at their own pace. We start with a good warm-up that prepares your body for the workout to come, and then we move on to three components of drills that will help you develop cardio fitness, core strength, and striking skills.

Our agility drills are designed to get your heart rate up and keep you moving, with exercises that improve coordination, balance, and reaction time. Our groundwork drills focus on engaging your core muscles, working on balance and stability, and developing endurance. Our striking drills utilize Muay Thai heavy bags and targets to train your power and speed, while also improving your technique and accuracy.

What’s great about our program is that you don’t need any prior martial arts experience to join. All the workouts have the added bonus of giving you basic self-defense techniques that you can use in everyday life without having to get punched in the face!

Our classes take place on a matted floor, where you can train barefoot or with socks but shoes are not required. All you need are some boxing/bag gloves and/or hand wraps, a towel to wipe the sweat off in between rounds, and water for hydration.
